PT Dewata Harmoni Sejahtera is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Butcher to join our team at a high-end Korean BBQ restaurant in Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the quality and consistency of our premium meat offerings, ensuring that every cut meets our rigorous restaurant standards.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of meat preparation, including deboning, trimming, and portion control specific to Korean BBQ culinary traditions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform precision butchery tasks including deboning, trimming, and slicing various types of meat.
  • Prepare meat portions according to Korean BBQ serving standards and portion control guidelines.
  • Ensure all meat products are stored, labeled, and rotated following strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and food safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all butchery equipment and the cold storage area daily.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage meat inventory and report stock levels efficiently.
  • Monitor the quality of incoming meat supplies and ensure it meets our quality assurance standards.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate protective gear and maintaining food hygiene standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume food service environment.
  • Deep understanding of different meat cuts and preparation techniques, especially for beef and pork.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency in meat portioning.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
  • Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Bali.
  • Relevant certification in food handling or butchery is considered a strong advantage.
