Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and execute furniture assembly based on complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform precise cutting, joining, and finishing of high-quality furniture components.
- Maintain workshop safety protocols and keep the work environment clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot assembly issues and ensure structural integrity.
- Operate professional woodworking machinery and hand tools with high accuracy.
- Ensure all furniture pieces are assembled to meet premium quality standards before delivery.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in the installation or setup of furniture at client sites when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Carpenter, specifically in furniture manufacturing.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical furniture drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in the use of various woodworking power tools and hand tools.
- Deep understanding of different wood types, joinery techniques, and finishing materials.
- High attention to detail and precision measurement skills.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle heavy furniture components.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a production team.
- Possession of relevant vocational certificates (e.g., SMK Kayu/Furniture) is a strong plus.
