Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all food production equipment, gelato machines, and storage containers daily.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all interior spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and staff break areas.
- Manage waste disposal processes according to health and safety regulations, ensuring proper recycling where applicable.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces frequently throughout the day to prevent cross-contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and hygiene products, notifying management when restocking is required.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used and stored safely in compliance with safety data sheets (SDS).
- Assist the operational team with minor facility maintenance and setup as needed.
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors.
- Deep understanding of sanitation protocols and the proper use of industrial cleaning agents.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following a structured cleaning schedule.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP) is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Denpasar, Bali.
