Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all office areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in restrooms, pantries, and common areas.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report stock requirements to management.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to company guidelines.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored safely.
- Assist in special cleaning projects or office reorganizations as needed.
- Report any facility maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in professional cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Residency in or around Banjarmasin is highly preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standardized cleaning checklists.
