Simone Accessary Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Gunung Putri, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be the frontline of our facility's safety, ensuring the protection of our assets, staff, and visitors.
We are looking for someone with high integrity and a strong sense of responsibility. You will play a vital part in daily operations by conducting regular patrols, managing access points, and responding promptly to security incidents. This is a full-time position offering a stable working environment where your commitment to safety and protocol will be highly valued.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular security patrols throughout the company premises to identify and prevent potential risks.
- Monitor access points and verify the identity of visitors, employees, and vehicles entering the site.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to detect suspicious activities and ensure building safety.
- Prepare detailed daily incident reports and maintain accurate logs for management review.
- Enforce company policies regarding safety, dress code, and restricted area access.
- Act as the first point of contact during emergency situations, including fire, medical, or security breaches.
- Coordinate with local authorities or security support when necessary to resolve security issues.
- Maintain equipment in good working order, including communication devices and security tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama certificate is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a security or surveillance role.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- High level of integrity, discipline, and emotional maturity.
- Proficient in verbal communication and capable of handling conflict situations calmly.
- Basic understanding of fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Must reside in or near Gunung Putri, Jawa Barat.
