Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated and professional Company Driver to join our growing team in Kempas, Johor. This position is central to our daily logistical operations within the construction sector. We are looking for an individual who is not only a skilled driver but also someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrating punctuality and organizational skills at every turn.
As the face of our company on the road, you will be responsible for transporting personnel and valuable equipment safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that schedules are met and that all transportation needs are fulfilled without delay. We offer a competitive salary range of RM 2,000 to RM 2,200, along with a supportive working environment where your contributions are valued.
Beyond just driving, you will be expected to maintain the company vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring it is always ready for service. This includes regular cleaning and coordinating with mechanics for scheduled servicing. We believe that a well-maintained vehicle is a reflection of our company’s standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport staff, clients, or construction materials to designated locations across Johor.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure regular preventive maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Strictly adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety regulations at all times.
- Plan travel routes effectively to ensure timely arrivals and optimize fuel efficiency.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details for management review.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials or equipment as required.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damage immediately.
- Perform occasional administrative tasks or errands as requested by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid driving license (GDL license is highly preferred) with a clean driving record.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a company driver or in a similar professional role.
- Thorough familiarity with the Kempas area and the wider Johor region.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and excellent time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and the ability to perform minor troubleshooting.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if operational needs arise.
- Physical fitness and the ability to assist with loading/unloading tasks.
