Tanggung Jawab
- Execute timely and secure delivery of goods according to predetermined routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Ensure proper handling and condition of all delivered items
- Conduct pre/post-delivery vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments and special requests
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safety standards at all times
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license (SIM A/C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery or logistics preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medan city and surrounding areas
- Physical ability to handle packages up to 25kg
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Reliable smartphone with internet connectivity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
