Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport clients and passengers to designated destinations with punctuality and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, operational readiness, and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company driving standards
- Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time while ensuring passenger safety and comfort
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide courteous assistance throughout the journey
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding trip details and local area information
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Proven experience in professional driving or customer service roles
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta road networks and traffic patterns
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
