Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) on various metal materials for furniture components.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of furniture frames.
- Measure, cut, and prepare metal parts according to specifications prior to welding.
- Inspect finished welds for structural integrity, aesthetic appearance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in excellent working condition, ensuring regular safety checks.
- Grind, sand, and polish welded joints to achieve a smooth, professional finish.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets without compromising on quality.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols, including the proper use of protective gear.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional welding, preferably within the furniture or metal fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and design schematics.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for structural precision and aesthetic finishing.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a workshop environment for extended periods.
- Knowledge of metal properties and appropriate welding settings for different steel thicknesses.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a production team.
- Certification in welding from a vocational school or trade institution is a significant advantage.
