Are you passionate about nature and landscape aesthetics? PT. GLOBAL INDEP CONSULTANTS INDONESIA is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty, health, and functionality of our property's outdoor spaces.
We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and possesses an eye for detail. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will ensure our gardens are well-manicured, vibrant, and inviting for all visitors. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Plant, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and hedges.
- Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and weed control measures as required.
- Clear outdoor areas of debris, fallen leaves, and litter to ensure a tidy appearance.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and landscaping equipment safely.
- Assist in minor landscape design improvements or seasonal planting projects.
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease or pest infestations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar landscaping role.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, gardening techniques, and soil health.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and mechanical equipment.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to aesthetic standards.
- Willingness to learn and follow company safety protocols.
- Based in or near Badung, Bali.
