In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and environmental health of our landscapes.
As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the comprehensive care and maintenance of our green spaces. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, possesses a keen eye for detail, and understands the importance of sustainable plant care. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular plant care including watering, fertilizing, weeding, and pruning of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Maintain the cleanliness of landscape areas by removing debris, leaves, and litter on a daily basis.
- Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and power equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Monitor plant health and identify early signs of pests or diseases, reporting issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in the installation of new plants, flower beds, and hardscape features according to landscaping designs.
- Ensure that all garden paths, driveways, and common exterior areas remain clear and well-maintained.
- Follow all health and safety protocols while using chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
- Deep understanding of basic plant care, soil health, and seasonal gardening requirements.
- Proficiency in handling various gardening tools and powered landscaping equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and working in varied weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance is a plus.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward landscape improvement.
