Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute routine garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding.
- Water plants, shrubs, and lawns according to specific botanical requirements and seasonal needs.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and soil amendments in a safe and responsible manner to ensure plant health.
- Maintain all gardening tools and machinery, ensuring they are clean, functional, and stored securely.
- Remove debris and waste from garden areas to maintain a clean, professional embassy exterior.
- Monitor plant health for signs of pests or disease and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
- Collaborate with facilities staff on landscape improvements or seasonal planting projects.
- Ensure all garden activities comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in landscaping or horticultural maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of local plant species, soil types, and climate requirements in Jakarta.
- Demonstrated ability to use and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, shears, etc.).
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Professional demeanor suitable for an embassy work environment.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
