Consigna Construction Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Surveyor to join our expanding construction team in Calamba City. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our development projects, ensuring that all site measurements and land data are accurate, reliable, and compliant with engineering standards.
As our Surveyor, you will be the eyes on the ground, transforming raw land data into actionable blueprints for roads, drainage systems, utilities, and major land development projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land and site surveys for various construction applications, including residential and commercial developments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey notes, sketches, and records for all field activities.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to establish site boundaries, benchmarks, and project elevations.
- Perform topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys for road and drainage system construction.
- Utilize GPS, Total Station, and other surveying instruments to gather accurate spatial data.
- Assist in the layout of construction sites to ensure adherence to site plans and engineering designs.
- Monitor site progress and identify any potential deviations from the original survey plan.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer or a Graduate of Geodetic Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in construction surveying or land development.
- Proficiency in operating modern surveying equipment such as Total Stations, Theodolites, and GNSS/GPS devices.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant GIS/Mapping software.
- Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, civil plans, and technical specifications.
- Excellent mathematical skills and high attention to detail for precise data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in outdoor field environments and adapt to changing project site conditions.
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to various project sites within Laguna.
