Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate land surveys and site measurements using advanced surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Leveling instruments).
- Prepare and maintain detailed project site maps, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide essential data for site development and construction progress.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and report discrepancies to project management.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Calculate dimensions and elevation levels for excavation, grading, and structural foundation work.
- Maintain and calibrate all surveying tools and instrumentation to ensure peak performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related surveying field.
- Valid professional license (Geodetic Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction surveying or land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant design and mapping software.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a field team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret complex technical blueprints.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Metro Manila as required.
