Are you a vigilant swimmer with a passion for safety and hospitality? Minoo Beach Club Ungasan is seeking a professional Lifeguard to join our team in the heart of Bali. In this role, you will be the frontline protector of our guests, ensuring a safe, serene, and enjoyable experience in and around our pool and beach areas.
The ideal candidate is physically fit, highly observant, and possesses a friendly demeanor that aligns with our premium beach club atmosphere. You will work in a fast-paced, high-end environment where attention to detail is paramount. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor pool and beach activities continuously to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
- Enforce club safety policies, rules, and regulations among guests.
- Provide immediate emergency response, including water rescues, CPR, and basic First Aid if required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and life-saving equipment.
- Report any hazardous conditions, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to management.
- Educate guests on safety guidelines and potential water hazards.
- Maintain high levels of professional alertness and vigilance during all shifts.
- Assist in the setup and takedown of pool furniture and recreational equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar water safety role.
- Must possess valid Lifeguard certification (ILS or equivalent).
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
- Strong swimming skills with the physical stamina to perform rescues under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills and the ability to remain calm during emergency situations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with international and domestic guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive and safety-first mindset.
