Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality massage therapy treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Balinese massage techniques.
- Conduct professional consultations to understand guest health needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and tranquil treatment room environment in accordance with hotel standards.
- Provide expert recommendations on wellness services and spa retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff.
- Assist in the preparation of spa facilities, including stocking fresh linens and preparing aromatherapy supplies.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and guest confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Massage Therapist with valid credentials or relevant training certificates.
- Proven experience in a professional spa, hotel, or wellness clinic environment.
- Deep knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high-end hospitality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
