Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to doctors and healthcare practitioners.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital staff.
- Solicit feedback regarding our products and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and update internal records with accurate customer feedback.
- Provide accurate information about product usage, benefits, and side effects to prescribers.
- Collaborate with the regional team to ensure consistent brand representation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or related medical field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Valid professional license (e.g., PharmD, RN) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field (Antipolo City and surrounding areas).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software.
