Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned Caloocan territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular product presentations and provide comprehensive clinical information to healthcare providers.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide actionable feedback on product performance and market requirements to the management team.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily call reports and monthly sales reports.
- Participate actively in medical congresses, product launches, and continuous training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or any Health-related course is highly preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the Metro Manila area as required by the territory.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (preferably Pharmacy).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting deadlines and sales quotas.
- Familiarity with the Philippine healthcare landscape.
