Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists)
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through effective product demonstrations and educational presentations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, and pharmacies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, activity plans, and expense documentation
- Participate in product training programs and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related healthcare field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates may apply)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Central Luzon
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
