Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions within the assigned territory in Laguna.
- Effectively promote and sell Zydus Healthcare's pharmaceutical products by delivering compelling scientific presentations and product information.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Formulate and execute strategic territory plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Attend and actively participate in company sales meetings, training programs, and medical conferences.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports, expense reports, and other administrative requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Nursing, any health-allied course, or a business-related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 1-3 years) as a Medical Representative or in a related pharmaceutical sales role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Laguna.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
