Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, arrange, and maintain attractive product displays in retail outlets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and freshness
- Collaborate with store staff to optimize product placement and visibility
- Execute promotional plans and ensure promotional materials are properly displayed
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain brand standards and merchandising excellence
- Report on product availability, sales performance, and competitive activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Valid driver's license with a reliable mode of transportation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
