Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care including medication administration, wound treatment, and patient monitoring
- Assist physicians during clinical procedures, examinations, and emergency interventions
- Operate and maintain medical equipment ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment protocols, and preventive care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report abnormalities to senior medical staff
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (S1 Keperawatan) certification from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital or clinic setting
- Valid Indonesian Nursing Association (NIK) license
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, pharmacology, and patient care protocols
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
