We are currently seeking a reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our professional environment in Kota Kinabalu. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized workspace. You will be responsible for upholding high standards of hygiene across the office and providing exceptional pantry and hospitality support to our team and guests.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily office cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all work areas.
  • Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, water) for staff and during business meetings.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the office pantry, including washing dishes and cleaning kitchen appliances.
  • Ensure that restrooms and common areas are sanitized and well-stocked with essential supplies.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and pantry items, reporting stock shortages to management.
  • Support office hospitality by assisting with event setup or guest service when required.
  • Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal in accordance with office policies.
  • Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as window cleaning or organizing storage cabinets.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in office cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene standards and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Professional and polite demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and report any maintenance issues promptly.
