Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality group and individual Pilates sessions tailored to diverse fitness levels.
- Develop and implement personalized Pilates programs that align with client goals and safety standards.
- Provide expert guidance on proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques to prevent injury.
- Monitor and track client progress, providing constructive feedback and motivation.
- Maintain studio equipment and ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all members.
- Assist in promoting studio classes and events to grow our fitness community.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and methodologies in the Pilates and wellness field.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Pilates Instructor Certification (Comprehensive/Mat/Equipment) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching Pilates in a professional studio setting.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, kinesiology, and injury prevention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Proficiency in both group class management and private instruction.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
