Kiuler Doors and Windows, a leading provider in the home improvement industry, is looking for a proactive and organized Receptionist to join our team in Ipoh. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
We are seeking a candidate who is articulate, welcoming, and capable of managing various administrative tasks with precision. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting our daily business functions in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a tidy, organized, and inviting environment for all guests and staff.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales and technical consultations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and office supply inventory.
- Assist in resolving basic client inquiries and directing complex matters to the appropriate department.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols within the office reception area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; certificate in Administration or Secretarial studies is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a Customer Service role.
- Excellent command of Malay and English (verbal and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed professional appearance.
- Ability to work full-time hours effectively with minimal supervision.
