This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the face of our company, providing top-tier administrative support and ensuring seamless daily operations for our HR and Facilities departments.

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to represent our brand with warmth and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front-desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and employees.
  • Handle incoming calls, redirecting inquiries and taking professional messages as required.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including document filing, data entry, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist the Facilities team with office upkeep, vendor management, and workspace coordination.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office deliveries with high accuracy.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reception or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential HR documentation with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Gul Circle area.
