Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define job requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to build talent pipelines.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Manage the offer negotiation process, including compensation benchmarking and contract generation.
- Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Asurion as an employer of choice in the Cebu region.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and local labor market conditions to provide strategic advice to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a BPO, Shared Services, or Technology firm.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Workday is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and headhunting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with diverse candidate profiles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruitment metrics into actionable insights.
