As a Recruiter at Lewis Personnel Management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final placement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various industries and seniority levels.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and company culture.
  • Provide regular progress updates and recruitment metrics to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage candidate relationships with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify passive talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation and applicant tracking system (ATS) records are accurate and up-to-date.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine job market and local labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (JobStreet, Indeed), and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
