Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed daily or monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final payment collection.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display to ensure brand standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensure correct cash handling.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for accurate payment collection and inventory counting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational/College level is a plus).
- A positive attitude and a high level of self-motivation.
