Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, clinics)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits and consultations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for medical professionals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates may apply)
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Metro Manila
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and results-oriented mindset
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
