Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professional etiquette.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for essential documents.
- Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and internal memos.
- Greet visitors and act as the first point of contact for the office.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies while managing inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and expense reports.
- Support general office administration and facility management tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar office-based role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fast learner with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
