Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Assist in onboarding processes for new employees
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
