Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a diverse range of professional spa treatments, including various massage modalities, body scrubs, and facial therapies.
- Conduct professional client consultations to determine individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities according to safety protocols.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring each client receives a personalized and relaxing experience.
- Manage inventory of spa supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide expert recommendations on retail wellness products to help guests extend their spa experience at home.
- Assist in the promotion of spa services and loyalty programs to increase guest retention.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Wellness Practitioner in a reputable spa or hotel environment.
- Certification in massage therapy or a related aesthetic program from an accredited institution.
- In-depth knowledge of different massage techniques (Balinese, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- High level of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
