Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop engaging training materials for offline and online delivery formats
- Conduct comprehensive employee competency assessments and gap analysis
- Deliver interactive training sessions aligned with organizational development goals
- Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback mechanisms
- Stay current with industry trends to incorporate innovative training methodologies
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill development priorities
- Maintain and update training documentation and progress records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training design and delivery
- Proficiency in creating both offline and e-learning content
- Strong analytical skills for competency assessment and gap analysis
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) platforms
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles preferred
