Join Yasunli Abadi Utama Plastik as a Professional Translator and play a vital role in our international operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and multilingual individual to facilitate effective communication between Indonesian and foreign language speakers.
In this position, you will be responsible for translating various documents, including business correspondence, technical materials, and legal papers. You'll also assist with administrative tasks such as data input and report generation, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and maintained.
Additionally, you will handle important immigration matters including KITAS/VISA processing and monitoring for expatriate employees. The role also involves managing payments and activities for expatriate staff, requiring precision and attention to detail.

Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents, correspondence, and materials between Indonesian and target languages with high accuracy
- Input data and generate regular reports to maintain accurate records
- Process and monitor KITAS/VISA applications for expatriate employees
- Manage payments and activities for expatriate staff (Mr.)
- Facilitate communication between Indonesian and foreign language speakers
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support international operations
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Indonesian and at least one other language (English preferred)
- Previous experience as a translator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with immigration processes in Indonesia (KITAS/VISA)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation work
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in relevant translation software and tools
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Translation or related field
