Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient table service to all guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
- Accurately take guest orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen team.
- Ensure the dining area is set up according to restaurant standards and cleanliness protocols.
- Handle POS systems and process payments with high levels of accuracy.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A positive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards.
