Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule program activities and meetings across two distinct shifts.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for program participants and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative materials.
  • Support the Program Manager in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures at all times.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative coordination or office support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to a rotating shift schedule and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy.
