Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor manufacturing programs to ensure alignment with production schedules and quality standards
- Develop and optimize production plans to maximize resource utilization and minimize bottlenecks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing operations or customer service coordination
- Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and metrics
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and client interactions
