Are you an experienced Program Manager with a passion for driving large-scale operational change? Oracle is seeking a strategic leader to join our Health and Life Sciences (OHLS) division to lead critical Revenue Operations Transformation Programs. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that our operational processes are consistent, compliant, and highly efficient across the global organization.
You will be responsible for orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders at various levels, and implementing scalable solutions that support Oracle’s aggressive growth in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at process optimization, and possesses a deep understanding of revenue operations and transformation lifecycles.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs focused on optimizing revenue operations and improving business process efficiency.
- Partner with global stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with OHLS business goals.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop robust strategies to drive consistency and compliance across the board.
- Manage project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and insights to senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to streamline revenue-generating processes.
- Standardize documentation and reporting methodologies to ensure operational transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Transformation Consulting, preferably in the SaaS or Healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in Revenue Operations (RevOps) and complex business process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets to inform operational decision-making.
- Expertise in utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Oracle CX, Salesforce) and ERP systems to drive operational outcomes.
