Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of complex programs, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budgetary constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical or operational milestones.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between delivery teams, external vendors, and executive leadership.
- Perform independent risk assessments and implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project continuity.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Deliver comprehensive performance reports, identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-driven solutions to optimize program efficiency.
- Foster an environment of excellence through active participation in strategic planning discussions and continuous process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a large-scale enterprise or consulting environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment.
