Kitron Electronics Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program / Project Manager to join our growing team in Senai, Johor. As a key leader within our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) division, you will be the primary bridge between our technical capabilities and our valued global clients. In this position, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, with a heavy emphasis on New Product Introduction (NPI) and driving sales performance through exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure that every project exceeds client expectations. We are looking for someone who can translate complex customer requirements into actionable production plans while maintaining high-level relationships with international stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring seamless transition from design to mass production.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships and driving sales performance through account growth.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Production, SCM) to resolve technical bottlenecks and supply chain challenges.
- Monitor project financial performance, including cost analysis and margin management, to achieve business profitability targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present project status, performance metrics, and future roadmaps.
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments effectively, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on impacts and costs.
- Ensure all projects comply with international quality standards and specific customer requirements within the EMS industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project or Program Management within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
- Proven track record in managing NPI projects and handling high-value international customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, PCBA, and box-build assembly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Project Management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Project).
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
