Join Hope Therapy Center as a Program Support Assistant (Teacher) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conducting early intervention programs for children with special needs
- Support therapists and educators in implementing specialized activities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor and document children's progress and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with the therapy team to develop individualized learning plans
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding child progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly workspace
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of child development principles
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Good organizational and time management skills
