Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for candidates, ensuring all US-specific compliance and documentation standards are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based recruiters regarding administrative inquiries and program data.
- Maintain and audit candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Facilitate and monitor background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification processes.
- Manage complex scheduling for interviews and internal meetings across multiple US time zones.
- Generate and analyze weekly operational reports to track program performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for a global business environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule to align with US business hours.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or HR is highly advantageous.
