People Advantage is currently looking for a dedicated Programme Coordinator to support our operations in Chinatown. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central point of contact for various programmes, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating logistics for scheduled programmes, managing administrative databases, and assisting in the planning and execution of office events. You will need to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while handling sensitive information and preparing comprehensive reports. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule programme activities, meetings, and logistics in collaboration with team members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to programme administration.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all programme requirements are met.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of office events and workshops.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering queries and managing incoming communications.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination or administrative support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
