We are seeking a passionate Programme Executive to join our Active Ageing Centre in Bukit Batok. In this dynamic role, you will plan, coordinate, and implement engaging programmes that promote holistic well-being and social inclusion for elderly residents. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders to design evidence-based initiatives that enhance physical health, mental stimulation, and social connectivity. The position requires strong leadership to guide volunteers, ensuring seamless programme execution while maintaining high standards of care and safety. You'll also monitor programme outcomes, collect participant feedback, and continuously refine activities based on community needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, coordinate and implement daily programmes for elderly residents focusing on physical, mental and social well-being
- Recruit, train and supervise volunteers to ensure effective programme delivery and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to design evidence-based activities
- Monitor programme outcomes through participant feedback and engagement metrics
- Manage programme resources, budgets and documentation compliance
- Organize special events and workshops promoting active ageing initiatives
- Conduct regular assessments of programme effectiveness and implement improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in programme coordination or community services
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage elderly populations effectively
- Experience in volunteer management and team leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning tools
- Certification in First Aid or Geriatric Care preferred
- Passion for enhancing quality of life for seniors and promoting active ageing
