Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of educational programs and workshops.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including data entry, report generation, and scheduling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to support operational compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, documentation, and presentation decks.
- Monitor program attendance and feedback, summarizing data to help improve future service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or programme coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to commit to a contract engagement.
