This pivotal role involves designing, coordinating, and implementing healthcare programs that enhance public wellbeing and accessibility. As the program's central point of coordination, you'll manage logistics, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive healthcare programs aligned with community needs and organizational objectives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement including healthcare providers, community leaders, and volunteers
- Monitor program performance through KPI tracking and prepare impact assessment reports
- Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
- Develop educational materials and facilitate community workshops on health awareness
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate program documentation
- Liaise with government agencies and NGOs to secure program support and funding
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare program coordination or community health initiatives
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in healthcare compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Data analysis experience for program evaluation and reporting
- Certification in healthcare management or project management preferred
