This role is pivotal to our Sojourn Programme, which focuses on providing essential support, outreach, and engagement for migrant workers in Singapore.

As a Programme Executive, you will be at the heart of our mission, bridging the gap between social services and those in need. You will work in the vibrant district of Little India, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of community projects. From the initial planning stages to the final evaluation, your work will ensure that our initiatives are impactful, sustainable, and culturally sensitive. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of all community projects under the Sojourn Programme.
  • Monitor programme progress and KPIs to ensure all initiatives meet the established objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of programme effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies and community partners, to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, orientation, and deployment for various outreach activities.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation of project finances and participant data.
  • Assist in the development of marketing and outreach materials to increase programme awareness within the community.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in programme management or social services is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Tamil, Bengali, or Mandarin) is an advantage for migrant outreach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A compassionate heart and a commitment to the values and mission of The Salvation Army.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as required by programme schedules.
