Join The Salvation Army's dedicated team as a Programme Executive specializing in outreach and training for eldercare initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of community engagement, developing and implementing programs that support caregivers and promote awareness about eldercare issues.
Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and delivering impactful caregiver outreach talks, workshops, and community engagement sessions centered around eldercare-related topics. You will work closely with community partners, healthcare professionals, and volunteers to create meaningful connections and provide valuable resources to those in need.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and deliver caregiver outreach talks, workshops, and community engagement sessions focused on eldercare
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to raise awareness about eldercare services and resources
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare professionals, and volunteers to enhance program reach and impact
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in eldercare support within the community
- Create engaging educational materials and resources for caregivers and the elderly
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting feedback and making improvements as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups
- Report on program outcomes and contribute to organizational learning and improvement
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in program management, community outreach, or caregiver support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in public speaking and facilitation
- Knowledge of eldercare issues, caregiver challenges, and community resources available in Singapore
- Experience in planning and executing workshops, training sessions, and community events
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
