Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement AI-powered talent development programs aligned with business objectives and growth strategies
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management including needs assessment, curriculum development, and delivery
- Integrate machine learning algorithms to personalize learning paths and predict skill development outcomes
- Analyze program effectiveness using data analytics to optimize learning ROI and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with AI researchers and HR stakeholders to identify emerging talent development technologies
- Manage vendor relationships and technology integrations for learning management systems and AI platforms
- Develop KPI frameworks and executive dashboards to demonstrate program impact and business value
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in program management, talent development, or learning technologies
- Proven track record designing AI/ML-enhanced learning initiatives or workforce development programs
- Strong data literacy skills with experience in analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities with cross-functional leadership experience
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or HR development (SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor regulations and talent market dynamics
